We partner closely with suppliers to source a wide range of hardwood species and panel materials, allowing us to choose the exact grade and character each product requires. Common species include walnut, white oak, cherry, maple, and ash, with additional options available for custom projects. By veneering our own panels in-house, we ensure consistent grain-matching, specialty patterns, and complete quality control.

Premium finishing and a broad range of joinery capabilities—including dowel, mortise-and-tenon, box, and mitered joinery—ensure our products are both visually refined and engineered for durability.

Our facility combines skilled woodworking with advanced manufacturing technology, including extensive CNC capacity, precision molding, and multiple joinery systems. This allows us to support both small-batch builds and high-volume production with accuracy and repeatability. Optimization saws minimize material waste, and scrap wood is repurposed to help heat our building in North Dakota’s winters, improving sustainability and energy efficiency.

We build responsibly, meeting or exceeding strict environmental and safety standards. We are fully CARB, Prop 65, and Sturdy Act compliant. Our commitment includes responsible hardwood sourcing, waste reduction, energy-efficient practices, and durable construction that supports long-term environmental stewardship.
Our furniture manufacturing facility spans approximately 160,000 square feet and is equipped to produce a wide range of high-quality home furnishing products. We work with real hardwoods and other premium materials, supplying finished goods for multiple nationally recognized brands.
Our 100-person team brings together deep expertise across every stage of production, including milling, machining, sanding and sawing, sub-assembly, finishing, and final assembly. To support our customers’ timelines and distribution needs, we coordinate daily truck shipments, ensuring consistent, reliable delivery of products across the country.
